   Very Rare Creature From The Black Lagoon. Battery Operated - Motorized Swimming Hand! Must be one of the rarest and strangest Creature toys ever made. Has fins that attach, and batt. Designed to float and "swim". I think I have the prop attached backwards. And the fins/floats upside down in the video. Has a eyelet/hole to attach a rope or string to. Unbranded, says Made in China.
