Here is what appears to be an exceedingly rare vintage toy (I can find no information or images for this rare find). Creeps from the Deep, A motorized/ battery operated Water Monster. Is it made to resemble the creature from the black lagoon? Box says, Helm Toy Corp. Made under license from the Michael Kohner Corporation.
Still in original box in new unused condition. Very interesting piece, please see all the pictures for the exact condition of the item. The hand appears to be loose in the box with the other parts still tied down.
