This is a super rare and hard to find Creature from the Black Lagoon 12 figure, from the Horizon Figure Collection, Universal Studios Japan. Comes in it's original box with the Universal Studios Japan label and is Mint in Box. He was taken out of his box for his beach excursion with Scarlett several years ago and has since been stored back in his box.
