This is a copy of the contract between Ben Chapman and Screen Actors Guild for the movie the Creature from the Black Lagoon that is signed, in person, by Ben Chapman in 2000. There are no rips, tears or stains. My home is pet and smoke free so there are no funky smells or odors.

   The creature is towering over the proverbial damsel in distress. This masterpiece has been called a holy grail item by some fans I showed it to. Unfortunately the type of art board it was created on became briddle and cracked. The even cooler part of this piece is it was signed by the artist Norbert F.
