Here is a built & painted model kit: The Creature From the Black Lagoon, issued by Polar Lights from the Aurora molds. The Creature is set into a limited edition resin base, sculpted by Rick Evans in 2010. The Creature, base and included canvas backdrop were painted in oils. Te sand is somewhat lighter in color than the photo shows and it has a coating of very fine clear glitter that does not show up very well in the photos. See the two detail pictures for a hint of this. The red material under the base is not included.   

I have a more valuable one and don't even have that on the wall at the moment. Just have ran out of room on my wall. Can take more pictures and answer any questions.

This is a copy of the contract between Ben Chapman and Screen Actors Guild for the movie the Creature from the Black Lagoon that is signed, in person, by Ben Chapman in 2000. There are no rips, tears or stains. My home is pet and smoke free so there are no funky smells or odors.   

   Kilgore was a noted comic book artist, animator, writer and film maker. He worked for Dell Publishing starting in the late 1940's and was responsible for the publishers magazine art department. While at Dell he acquired a large number of original photographs of celebrities and Hollywood films. Starting in the early 1960's he was a regular contributor to Dell's Four Color comic book series. From 1962-67 he was the artist on the Bullwinkle comic strip for the Bell-McClure Syndicate. He also drew regularly for Gold Key, Whitman, and Charlton comics throughout the 1950's-1970's. ...
