The branch and snake are not original, but the model is vintage, 60 years old, and complete! It was built and painted by a Chicago artist who is also a life-long collector and builder of monster models. I'm going out on a limb and saying that this monster is the BEST LOOKING OF ANY AURORA CREATURE OF THE BLACK LAGOON BUILD-UPs ON THE INTERNET. If you find a better one, please let me know. I would like to see it.

There are less expensive ones, and more expensive ones, but no complete ones that are this excellent. They can easily be attached on receipt. In fact, the lizard's tongue is not even in the photos--except separately. Creature is 8.5 tall. Please look at all the photos and read everything I've written about the condition and description of this item. It'll come to you from a smoke-free, pet-free house. It has now all but dried up. This is just about the last of the Universal Monsters.
