The latex around the shoulders has slightly shaped inward from being in the bag from storage. This is a Collector's Mask. The mask is form fitting and not like most latex masks that have a lot of room for the head. Even though the mask has been properly stored, if you plan on wearing it, depending on the size of your head, the latex may rip at the back seam.
