You receive actual item pictured. Figure is 100% complete and all original parts and pieces - no reproductions used. The majority of the yellow paint has fallen off (as happened to all of these). Joints are loose on the feet and left shoulder. Possible to get him to stand but would use a doll stand to hold securely since you wouldn't want him to fall over. Include the reproduction box in the style of the mego coffin box. We recently have seen that many buyers have not had this button work properly.
