This is a TMNT action figure of Leonardo from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise. It is a collectible piece made of plastic material and was manufactured in 1994. The figure features Leonardo dressed in the Universal Studios Monsters Creature From The Black Lagoon outfit, complete with a weapon. This item is perfect for fans of TMNT and collectors of action figures from the 1990s.
