It is complete with all accessories as shown as well as the trading card, which does have some wear. The one shown is the one you will be receiving.   

Available for sale is a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle - Creature From The Black Lagoon Leonardo figure. This figure was released in 1994. This figure has been opened but is complete and in excellent condition. The figure includes the three weapon accessories as well as the card and "file card" from the package. These are the actual items you are purchasing. Please note that the staff and sword are curved a bit. These could be straightened again, if you choose to do that.
