7.25 x 10 (bottom looks cut). Probably a Theatre promo or? If you have any info please let. Has number on lower left (see close-up pic). Has a couple bent corners, etc. Also, Promo photo of Actor Richard Denning ("Creature from the black Lagoon, 1954"). Signature is printed on photo (not real handwritten signature).
