This is a vintage 1994 TMNT Universal Monsters Creature from the Black Lagoon Leonardo figure still packaged. There is a small lift on the bottom right corner of the card. Packaging and bubble are in very good condition and the card is pretty flat. Great for any vintage toy collector or Universal Monsters fan.
