This is the Creature From The Black Lagoon as seen in the 1954 movie of the same name. This fully poseable action figure was sculpted by Jean St. Jean and features over 16 points of articulation. He stands on a base that features a partial skeleton and an undersea rock formation with plants & fish.

This figure, without the base, stands about 7.5 inches tall. This figure was produced in 2014 by Diamond Select Toys. This figure is in Brand New Condition. It has never been out of its packaging. The packaging has a couple of minor creases in it (see photos 3 & 9) but is completely intact. Several new and rare items will be added over the next few days and weeks.
