This Ré Society Limited poster is a fine art lithograph based on the original 1954 one sheet for Creature form the Black Lagoon produced at S2 Atelier in New York in 2002 by David Copson. The poster was printed on a rare German made Dufa press, pulled on Coventry paper, with hand drawn and specially prepared surfaces transferred onto lithographic plates, one for each color.
Great care was taken to precisely recreate the artist's original image by utilizing original posters and other historical mater. Ials to ensure that this recreation captures the feeling and style as well as the color and size of the original work.
