This sale is for an original, professionally framed portrait of Ginger Stanley, the underwater double in both Creature from the Black Lagoon and Revenge of the Creature movies. Ginger became a dear acquaintance of mine during the course of this drawing, which was made for a limited edition set of prints that are no longer available. This is the original artwork that was featured in Scary Monsters magazine #131's tribute to Stanley.

I will also include some additional pieces (print, envelope, and info card) remaining of the print edition, and a copy (redacted for privacy) of Ginger Stanley's kind words approving the portrait. My memories of Ginger are very dear to me, so I hope this artwork finds a good home with a serious Creature collector who values her amazing work. More Information: Artwork is completely hand-drawn and all original, signed in the bottom right-hand corner (stylized K) by artist Kris Mobley. Acrylic (not glass) which is lighter, less reflective, and safer for the artwork.
