Mask is brand new with tag and was removed from the box for picture purposes! It's in overall good condition for it's age with signs of stretch mark on the forehead area.

Not 100% sure if that's the design or just from age. It does include cardboard insert and a stuff towel inside to keep it's shape. Box also is in good condition with sign's of corner wear, creasings and slight tear on the front artwork of the box.
