I tested the off, on and sound and it works fine. However, this is 30 years old think about that! So hopefully it will continue to work for years to come, but who knows? There is some strange glue? On the back between the body and the legs.
I have no idea if it was made that way or not. The box is in really good condition with only a few marks from shelfware.
