This lithograph of the original one-sheet was re-created as a fine art lithograph on a rare antique 19th century hand-pulled printing press in affiliation with the American Film Institute's "100 American Classic Movie Posters". This is the same printing press that was used to create the vintage posters over 100 years ago.

There are only a few of these antique presses in existence, today. The original artist is Reynold Brown, who also did the Attack of the 50ft.

Using the exact method used to create the vintage posters of the past, hand drawn plates are made, one for each colour, and then the plates are hand pulled through the vintage press one colour at a time in perfect registration. The result is vibrant rich colours and crisp clean lines. This is a true work of art.

Medium: Colour lithograph on paper. Printing: hand pulled on an antique 19th century German Dufa printing press on Coventry 100% cotton rag archival paper using archival ink. Hand numbered: sequentially in pencil (lower Left border) by the curator.
